Application:

Barmac is widely used in the crushing and forming of metal and non-metal ore, construction material, man-made sand, and various metallurgy and mine slag. It is suitable to crush the brittle material with Mohs hardness ≤9 grade.

Working Principle:

After entering feed hopper, the materials will drop from circular hole and then be divided into two parts by separation plate. One part will enter into high-speed rotating gear through center hole, the other part will drop from the separation plate. The materials entered into gear accelerate rapidly, and the acceleration can be dozens of times of gravity acceleration, and then these materials will be thrown at high speed from gear while crushing with the materials dropped from the separation plate. These materials together strike on the eddy layer of the eddy cavity and are rebounded to top of eddy cavity and then change direction and deflect downward. The materials forms a continuous material curtain with the materials launched from the impeller. After times of crashing, gritting, grinding and crushing, the crushed materials will be discharged from the discharging opening at the bottom.
